This season’s tagline, “Home is where the Heartland is,” and is a sentiment echoed in every design decision on site.

VogueWall: Framing Heartland Homes
Surrounding more than 2000 square meters of The Block site is VogueWall. Chosen to divide and define these country escapes with care. More than just a boundary, it was a carefully considered decision, chosen for both form and function.
With proven acoustic performance, VogueWall reduced construction noise during filming of The New Block 2025, while creating a secure, privacy barrier, shielding contestants from the distractions outside the site, and reducing impact on neighbouring properties in the area.
This year, The Block revealed all five houses will share identical floorplans across 346 square meters.
