Nick Holden Founder & Director of Innovation
A true visionary with a flair for identifying and responding to market needs, Nick Holden established ModularWalls in 2002. Our success is built on Nick’s talent for innovation, and he continues to leverage new technologies to improve performance and eco-credentials. Exciting products in the pipeline include the GREEN CORE panel and a noise wall made from 3D printed recycled plastic. Nick thrives on mentoring young entrepreneurs and his long-term goal is to reduce homelessness and make housing more accessible through the automation of construction.
Jason Cachia Chairman
Jason joined as Chairman in November 2015 following the investment by Evolve Private Capital. Evolve was attracted to ModularWalls due to its strong market position, innovative product range, scalable manufacturing operations, and desire to expand production capacity to satisfy strong demand from commercial, industrial, infrastructure and residential customers. Prior to Evolve, Jason had a successful career in Private Equity and Investment Banking, including with Quadrant Private Equity. Jason has held extensive Board Directorships on a range of companies across multiple industries during the past 20 years.
Luke Woods CEO & Managing Director
Luke joined ModularWalls in May 2018 and operates as both the ModularWalls CEO and Managing Director. He was appointed to the board in April 2021. Having commenced his career in the Banking and Finance sector, Luke entered the Construction Industry in 2001 and has held several roles in multinational construction manufacturing companies including Corinthian Doors (a JELD-WEN Company), James Hardie and Knauf Australia. More recently, Luke has performed roles including Group General Manager for the AGI Group of Companies, and General Manager of Sales and Marketing at DADI Group (acquired by BINGO in 2018).
Jason Harvey Executive Director
During his 13+ years at ModularWalls, Jason Harvey has played a pivotal role in the company’s transformation into a leading manufacturer in the construction industry. As Chief Operating Officer and in senior executive roles in Sales & Marketing, he has implemented impactful commercial models, sales systems, and innovative marketing strategies that have accelerated growth and elevated service levels. With a keen focus on team development and a consistent track record of driving results, Jason is not only a highly accomplished professional but also a natural leader, known for building strong relationships and fostering collaboration at all levels.
