“We’ve used ModularWalls probably a handful of times on other projects. We found it quite practical for many situations for maintaining an aesthetic look, while performing as a fence, as well as retaining and never had an issue.”

“This was a pretty major renovation to the whole front area. We did the back area the year prior, and then they got us back for the whole front area. Previously, it was an outdated old sort of front gate and timber fence, really outdated plants, and no carport. We went for a Mediterranean theme with olive trees as features along with 100mm x 100mm cobblestones.”
Together, the architectural fencing, structured landscaping and timeless materials helped create an entrance that feels welcoming, elegant and perfectly suited to its beachside setting.

“The client wanted a bit more privacy. With the timber fence before, you could still see through it and the dogs would bark at people walking by constantly and they just wanted it all private and closed up, so that’s where the ModularWalls was a really practical choice for that front area.”

“We wanted to keep that Mermaid Beach look out the front. That’s why we did the ModularWalls with the inserts of the battens in each section, which was pretty cool, a beachy sort of look. We love the versatility as you can see – it’s quite niche.”
