When Pump Group set out to develop their new BP service station on Newbridge Road, Moorebank, they envisioned a convenience hub for the bustling area, featuring Sydney’s popular Charcoal Chicken drive-thru, Frangos. As the location is surrounded by homeowners, and a nature reserve on a high traffic road, the project demanded a robust and durable noise wall solution.
Project challenges and requirements
This ambitious project involved the creation of two existing structures on a 3,400 m² site. ModularWalls recognised installers Prestige Fencing worked collaboratively with builder Ozzbuild to construct a high-performance noise wall solution.
Key requirements for the noise wall included:
- Effective acoustic attenuation to minimise noise for nearby residents.
- Visual appeal to complement the surrounding architecture.
