Exchange & Returns
The acceptance and return of goods must meet the below criteria. ModularWalls is not obliged to accept the return of goods if the buyer does not comply with below criteria. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
If any item(s) are damaged or faulty, or you have received an incorrect item:
- ModularWalls must be informed in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
- Please make sure you include your order number, name, phone, email address, the reason and any photos you have.
Once we have your details, along with the item(s) you have returned, your request will be sent to our Sales department and evaluated. This can take up to 5 days.
- Any exchanged or replacement items will be sent out to the site address on the original order (if you wish this to be a different address, please inform us within your initial written request). This can take up to 5 business days, depending on your location (see Shipping Information).
- Any refund will be net of freight costs and less a 25% restocking fee.
ModularWalls will not, and is not, obliged to accept return of goods in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind by the buyer
- If the items have been changed or altered in any way
- For damage incurred after delivery
- If notification is not provided to ModularWalls within time frame noted above.
