When Tribeca Property Group constructed a new housing development at Enmore, the company advertised the development as ‘a stunning collection of ten terraces in Sydney’s vibrant inner-west.’ With high customer expectations, Tribeca required the best building products, including courtyard terrace walls. The solution needed a masonry alternative without compromising the overall aesthetics of the properties.

With the bar set high, ModularWalls required a solution that enhanced the modest street-front presence of the new buildings. So, the developers selected a stylish TrendWall design incorporating ‘Woodgrain’ aluminium slat infills, gates and modern letterboxes to add character to the property’s exterior. While at the same time maintaining privacy from constant foot and road traffic.

As a result, TrendWall separates all ten front yards, provides residents privacy, and complies with strict local council requirements.

Ultimately, as a masonry alternative, TrendWall proved to be a cost-effective solution for the developers while creating a stylish finish to the property.
