Note - In wind regions B, C & D we will provide site specific installation and construction advice. Commercial Barrier & Noise Walls Available heights from 3000mm – 4500mm Note - for walls upto 3000mm in height we can utilise walls other post styles form our domestic range if required or aesthetically preferred. Get privacy, security, and noise insulation for your premises with an attractive functional Barrier Wall and without the high construction costs. The panels have internal recesses to accommodate electrical cable for security camera´s, lighting, intercoms etc. No longer does a commercial or barrier wall have to look like one! Have the same pleasing look of a domestic wall just taller. The Barrier wall has superb sound reduction qualities. On average you can expect a 20db + reduction from standard road noise. (National Acoustic Laboratory test available upon request) or greater if using the MWS Sound Absorbtion panel (listed seperatly below). Barrier walls have an overall panel thickness of 75mm and a choice of either external or flush top wall capping. Posts measure 150 (face) x 250mm (depth). Each standard section has an effective coverage of 2500mm, 2800mm or 3100mm, post centre to post centre. Please refer to table below for footing depths .
Temporary and Kerb Walls Using a mix of Modular Wall Systems technologies and engineering prowess we can tailor a Temporary Wall or Kerb Wall to meet your needs. Temporary Walls Available heights from 2400mm – 4000mm All of these wall types are designed for easy removal and relocation. Standard heights of up to 4000mm and typical spans of 3.1 meters. Applications - Drilling rigs, Machinery noise during construction, Generators, temporary plant Enclosures and many more. Kerb Walls Available heights from 1800mm – 3000mm Designed for easy erection, removal and relocation. Standard heights of up to 3.0 meters and typical spans of 3.0 meters. Unique kerb Joining System, allows the wall to turn corners or radiuses! Applications – temporary road way crash/sound barriers, drilling rigs, machinery noise during construction, generators and many more.
Sound Enclosures - Keep the Noise in! Generally custom made to suit the application & utilise a mix of MWS panels and support methods to tailor make a room that suits. Steel Skin, Fibre cement skin or an Absorbing panel can all be utilised to meet the sound requirements. We also manufacture composite roofing panels for a free standing room style enclosure. Applications - Vehicle Dyno rooms, Generator Enclosures, Music rooms and many more. All Available in a Flat Pack form ready for onsite assembly.

An average panel weight is 34kg (2400 x 900) or 15.49kgs m2 with a standard panel thickness of 75mm. Our Panels have been tested and used extensively in all cyclonic wind regions of Australia - including many installations into wind region D. Panels can be stacked to achieve various wall heights i.e. an 1800mm high wall consists of 2 x 900mm panels in a ´stack´ configuration Custom panel and density requirements can be met upon request. We have manufactured composite Fibre Cement and Compressed Fibre Cement skinned panels up to 32 kgs m2 for project specific requirements. Absorbing Walls - Where a high sound reduction criteria is required Utilising a PET recycled core MWS Sound Absorption Panels provide an NRC rating of > 1. Light, Durable, Stackable & Robust these panels not only provide the ultimate in noise attenuation but can be stacked high for those taller walls. Galvanised Steel construction for both front and back faces means you will have a very robust design that will last a life time. Choose either to paint or have pre powder coated prior to construction. Support Columns MWS Barrier Wall Support Columns – Wall heights up to 4.5 meters These Columns are designed and manufactured by us to our tight specifications from high tensile material that has been galvanized, dyna primed and coated on both sides with a Modular Walls Specific top coat to enhance performance and accept all the modern acrylic coatings. As the Manufacturer we can also accommodate CUSTOM requests MWS Universal Support Columns – Wall height above 4.5 meters or Special Project requirements These are project specific with their specifications in both Grade and Size. Typically a 250 UB galvanised to AS4600 will be utilised in most applications.
